Traditional, Inter-faith, and Personalized Wedding and Anniversary Services and Ceremonies.
Rev. Dr. Linda Marie Nelson, OFJ (Wedding Officiate)

Serving Middle and Southeastern Tennessee, Northwestern Georgia Northeastern Alabama. Special arrangements can be made for travel to other areas.
Rev. Dr. Linda Marie assists in providing couples with weddings that are important and significant to them and their families. These ceremonies are often held beyond the confines of a church building.
This includes officiating in chapels, parks, homes, auditoriums, hotels, backyards, restaurants, beaches, yachts, in living rooms, high atop mountains, in historic churches or anywhere else a couple wishes to get married. The result is a beautiful and memorable wedding ceremony that can be, and usually is, totally unique for each couple.
Weddings usually include appropriate elements from any religious tradition that is significant to the couple, including Universal, Christian, Jewish, Native American, Eastern, and other religious and spiritual convictions. Secular, Humanist, and other non-religious services are also available.
It's YOUR wedding!
Rev. Dr. Linda Marie is dedicated to providing couples with a wedding ceremony that reflects their choices as long as they remain within the bounds of good taste and integrity.
Very simple traditional services to more customized and individualized vows and ceremonies are all possible so that the couple can enjoy their very special wedding day.

For thousands of years, funerals have been a means to express our feelings, thoughts, and beliefs about the death of someone we love.
We gather at funerals and memorial services to honor and celebrate the life and the accomplishments of our loved ones. We connect with our hearts as we come together with one another in our journey through grief and sadness, on our climb to hope, healing and understanding.
We come together knowing that we are not alone in our challenges and struggles and we are confident that we will not be left empty in our search for a renewed life.
We gather as seekers after the truth, wherever it will lead us, and as pilgrims on the way, wherever our journey will lead us. We want to focus on the life lived instead of the life lost.
We come believing that in the demonstration of our appreciation and love for our loved ones and friends, and in letting go, we can somehow gain, in the sharing of our grief, a new strength.
We ask that in honoring the past we can find our way in the present.
Meaningful funeral ceremonies are rites of passage, and they provide a socially recognized setting for expression of our intense feelings of loss.
Funerals and memorial service do not have to be in a dimly lighted funeral home chapel. They can be held in churches, gardens, parks, seashore, any favorite place the loved one liked to go.

Prayer of St. Francis
Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
Where there is sadness, joy
O Divine Master
Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console
To be understood, as to understand
To be loved, as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned
It is in transitions that we are born into Eternal Life. Amen.

DO NOT STAND Author Unknown
Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints of snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
